Evins Construction LLC was founded in 2018 by Enrique Evins, a general contractor whose career is built on a lifetime of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Starting from the ground up right out of high school, Enrique learned every facet of the trade, building a successful career that eventually led him to serve as Vice President for a major construction firm. In that demanding role, he oversaw the complex, ground-up construction of renowned restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory and other high-end retail projects across 27 states, mastering the art of delivering sophisticated projects on strict timelines and budgets.
After relocating the business from Miami to Spring Hill, FL, Enrique made a conscious decision to bring that same commercial-grade professionalism and expertise to the residential market. Our mission is to build a strong, lasting reputation in Pasco, Hernando, and Citrus counties by delivering superior quality, unwavering reliability, and a personal, hands-on approach to every project. We believe in open communication and true partnership, dedicating ourselves to building not just exceptional homes, but also lasting relationships founded on trust and client satisfaction.
